Terms of service
These terms apply when you use ModuloraAI (“the service”), operated by ModuloraAI (“we”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1. The service
ModuloraAI is a browser app with AI assistants for audio work. The free version includes an offline demo and lets you connect your own AI provider key. The Pro plan adds Modulora Cloud, an AI engine we host for you, with a monthly usage allowance.
2. Accounts
You need an account only for Pro. Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscription, payment and cancellation
- Pro is billed in advance each billing period through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the first payment is taken.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings › Account › Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it does.
- Prices may not include taxes that apply where you live.
4. Monthly allowance and fair use
Pro includes a monthly allowance of hosted AI usage, shown in Settings › Account. When it is used up, Modulora Cloud pauses until the next calendar month (UTC). You can still use the offline demo and your own key. Do not share your account, resell access, or use automated scripts against the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, create malware, harass people, or try to get around the service's limits or security. You must also follow the usage policy of the AI provider that answers your messages (for Modulora Cloud, Anthropic's usage policy). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to what you enter and to the replies you receive, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload. Your chats are stored in your browser; see the privacy policy.
7. AI output
Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. ModuloraAI labels standards, starting points and opinions, but you must check important information yourself. Replies are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Check contracts, split agreements and anything with legal effect with a qualified professional.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will give notice and stop future charges.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel Pro at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, except where consumer law where you live says otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell Pro subscribers about significant changes before they apply.
